With the increasing adoption and utilization of AI across various industries, there is a rapid surge in demand for AI and software (SW) experts. However, the supply of AI and SW professionals who are immediately ready for practical work falls far short of the demand. This situation calls for the urgent need to systematically cultivate and nurture AI and SW talents with self-developed teaching materials and curriculum.
Not only general companies but also various industries are actively embracing and leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) technology. The demand for AI and SW specialists is rising, but there is a severe shortage of professionals who can be directly deployed in the field. The urgent task at hand is to discover and cultivate skilled talents through well-designed curricula and systematic training provided by specialized educational institutions.
On the 16th, at the '2021 Korea Artificial Intelligence Awards' ceremony held at The Westin Chosun Hotel in Jung-gu, Blue Communication was honored with the Innovation Division's Remote Software Award.

Hosted by IT Chosun and sponsored by the Ministry of Science and ICT, Korea Information Society Development Institute, Korea Intelligent Information Society Promotion Institute, Chosun Ilbo, TV Chosun, and Chosun Biz, the 'Korea Artificial Intelligence Award' celebrates its third year this year.
As AI becomes increasingly vital in various industries to solve problems and gain business insights from vast data, the demand for AI and software (SW) experts is surging. However, there is a severe shortage of professionals ready for immediate deployment in the field. The need for specialized educational institutions with comprehensive curricula to discover and nurture AI and SW talents has become urgent.
Blue Communication possesses the specialized coding education brand 'Asome IT,' which focuses on physical computing. They offer self-developed educational tools, curricula, and dedicated software for learning and coding practice. In the past three years alone, they have provided education to over 19,000 students and instructors.
Through this effort, Blue Communication has laid the foundation for discovering and systematically cultivating AI and SW experts in various companies, institutions, and related educational fields, contributing to the development of the AI era.
Notably, Blue Communication has expanded its Incheon SW Future Filling Instructor Training Course to Ulsan. They also achieved a successful second round of investment through cloudfunding. Last September, they received the rare 'NICE Tech Evaluation Excellent Company' rating of T-3, which recognized their technical prowess and growth potential.
Next year, they plan to strengthen their existing business model, recognized for its quality and potential in the B2B and B2G sectors, while also preparing to enter the B2C market, targeting the general public who seek systematic SW and AI education, with a friendly and engaging curriculum. They aim to accelerate efforts for domestic and international expansion through the development of new teaching materials and curricula.
정Jeong Hee-yong, the CEO of Blue Communication, stated, "What began in 2016 as studying software with my two children has now become the most important aspect of our company. Currently, we provide education to around 700 teachers and tens of thousands of students nationwide." He expressed his joy and fulfillment at receiving such a prestigious award, saying, "Through continuous development of technology and curriculum, Blue Communication strives to provide even better education."
