Software (SW) coding education specialist brand, AsomeIT, announced on the 14th that it will participate in the '19th Korea Education Fair' to introduce its coding learning subscription service, 'Asome World', for the first time.

The Korea Education Fair is an education and edutech specialized exhibition that will be held at COEX in Seoul from the 26th to the 28th. AsomeIT plans to unveil its upcoming service, 'Asome World', which is scheduled to be launched in June, during this event.

Asome World is a new educational service product offered in a monthly subscription format, incorporating storytelling with a world travel theme into AsomeIT's existing model, combining physical computing coding kit 'Asome Board' and Python-based coding learning program 'Asome Code'.

During the Korea Education Fair, elementary school students from the 3rd grade and above can directly assemble and experience Asome World at the AsomeIT booth. Participating in the experiential education allows free admission to the Korea Education Fair and the opportunity to experience coding education with instructors.

A separate experiential space is also operated. In this space, participants can experience coding learning by directly moving AsomeIT's coding robot, AsomeBot, and engaging in various activities such as bowling and maze-solving.

AsomeIT provides educational tools, software, and educational services to make software coding and artificial intelligence (AI) easily understandable and accessible for various age groups, from elementary students to the general public. Their products and educational programs are utilized in instructor training courses and student education programs through the SW Future Filling program. Following its success in 2021, AsomeIT's products were adopted as teaching materials for the Korea Robot Industry Promotion Institute's Robot Creative Education (Sharing Creativity) in 2022. This marks the first time a domestically developed coding robot is being provided to regional children's centers nationwide.
