Blue Communication participated in the 2019 Michigan Annual Conference for Computer Users in Education (MACUL), held in Detroit, Michigan, from March 20 to 22.
This event, which began in 1976, is an annual EduTech conference with more than 5,000 participants, including educators and education professionals. Blue Communication, as the only domestic company, showcased its SW coding education solution called the 'AsomeIT' series.
The AsomeIT series is a SW coding education solution developed to address the problems that existing SW coding education programs and teaching materials could not solve. It enables anyone to learn easily while developing problem-solving skills and logical thinking. According to the company, STEM-related educators and district education officials who encountered AsomeIT at the event showed significant interest.
Jung Hee-yong, the representative of Blue Communication, expressed surprise at the level of interest, stating, "Educators visited our booth with more than 200 people per day. Through our participation in this exhibition, we expect to establish collaboration opportunities with schools, districts, and related companies, which will greatly contribute to expanding our presence in the American market."
Furthermore, Blue Communication mentioned that through the visit of local educational service institutions to their exhibition booth, they also secured an opportunity to participate as an invited company at the Maker STEM Summit, scheduled to take place in April.
