Following last year's mandatory software education in middle and high schools, elementary school software education has also been made mandatory this year. Software education emphasizes learning through play from an early age, where it is important to learn while directly manipulating educational tools, allowing students to visually understand the principles and concepts of coding without losing interest.

AsomeIT, a specialized brand in software coding education developed by Blue Communication (represented by Jeong Hee-yong), stands out for its physical computing-based software coding education. It enables students to learn coding through hands-on interaction with tangible educational materials connected to a PC, engaging multiple senses.

While some coding educational tools have simple controls but limited curriculum, AsomeIT provides over 60 regular education sessions and over 20 activity sessions. The brand plans to continue developing its curriculum. Additionally, it offers an intuitive block-based interface that allows code execution with simple clicks, making it easy to create algorithms. It also allows direct modification and input of Python code, enabling both elementary school students and coding enthusiasts to learn coding easily and enjoyably.

At the end of last year, AsomeIT released three educational products: AsomeBot (a bipedal walking robot), AsomeCar (autonomous driving car), and AsomeKit (IoT kit). They also launched AsomeCode, a dedicated platform for coding education, which were selected as recipients of the ‘High Seoul Award for Excellent Products.’
